Lettings Manager
Salary: Band E (NJC 12-15) Actual Salary: £20,482 - £21,503.
Contract: Permanent, All Year Round.
Hours: 26.5 hours per week – annualised hours over evenings and weekends to fit in with the school and lettings opening times as below:
• Winter working hours: Monday to Wednesday 16:30 to 21:30, Friday 16:30 to 20:30 and Sunday 08:30 to 16:30.
• Summer working hours: Monday to Wednesday 16:30 to 21:30, Friday 16:30 to 20:30 and Sunday 08:30 to 13:30.
Closing Date: Wednesday 15th July 2026 at 9am.
Start Date: As soon as your notice allows (ideally August if you are able).

We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Lettings Manager to oversee and develop our successful school lettings programme. This is an exciting opportunity to maximise the use of our excellent facilities (including our state-of-the-art 3G pitch), build lasting relationships with community users and help generate valuable income that supports our school.
You'll be responsible for managing bookings, coordinating events and ensuring our facilities are safe, welcoming and ready for use. Working closely with the Estates & Facilities Manager, customers, community groups and colleagues, you'll help grow our lettings business by delivering an outstanding customer experience and identifying opportunities to increase community use of the school's facilities.
