Ryan recently completed the HR Graduate Scheme at Lloyds Banking Group, where he worked across HR, people technology and organisational change. He now focuses on improving digital services and experiences for colleagues.

Ryan is passionate about helping young people explore the opportunities available to them and feel confident about their futures, with particular interests in careers, employability and entrepreneurship.

Alongside his role, he is completing his CIPD Level 7 Diploma in Strategic People Management and previously studied History and Politics at the University of York.’
