Neil joined the Trust in September 2025 as Executive Director of Primary Education, bringing extensive experience and a strong commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for children. He began his teaching career in 2009 and has since held a range of senior leadership positions including Assistant Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher and Headteacher.

Before joining the Trust, Neil worked within the NET, where he successfully led a primary school to achieve an Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ rating. As Principal with responsibility for mathematics across the NET’s primary schools, he championed curriculum excellence, consistency and high standards in teaching and learning.

Neil is passionate about education that transforms lives. He leads with a ‘no excuses’ culture, empowering staff to continually develop and be the best they can be. He enjoys building strong, collaborative teams and working with dedicated professionals who share his belief in providing exceptional experiences and life chances for every child.
