Triestina Bozzo

SENIOR DIRECTOR OF PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

Triestina joined the Trust after a 25-year career at Ryburn, where she began as a Drama and English teacher before progressing to Head of Drama, Head of Creative Arts, and Assistant Headteacher. She holds a BA (Hons) in Drama and Communication Arts from the University of Huddersfield and qualified as a teacher in 1999 from Bretton Hall. In 2010, she completed her National Professional Qualification for Senior Leadership (NPQSL).

During her time at Ryburn, Triestina supported the school in achieving a number of prestigious quality marks, including Artsmark Platinum, the Character Education Quality Mark and the Careers Education Quality Standard. A passionate advocate for Character Education, she has delivered at the National Character Conference in Birmingham and was invited to Windsor Castle to take part in a national research consultation with leaders from across the country.

In her current role as Senior Director of Personal Development, Triestina oversees careers education, character development, student leadership and so much more. She is passionate about working across the Trust, collaborating with professionals who are experts in their fields and visiting schools to support and celebrate the outstanding work taking place.
